Help PETS LIFELINE meet the mission of helping dogs and cats in need in Sonoma Valley as you shop at NUGGET MARKET or FOOD 4 LESS

Nugget Market offers a wonderful program that gives a percentage of your grocery purchases to Pets Lifeline. It’s an easy enrollment process and there is no charge for participating.

​

1. Contact info@petslifeline.org to get a Scrip Card or Nugget Market’s Guest Service Desk to obtain a card. You may also come by Pets Lifeline, 19686 8th St. E in Sonoma to pick up a card. 

​

2. Register your card at https://scrip.nuggetmarket.com/. The registration number is listed on the back of the card. Select Pets Lifeline as the beneficiary. If you already have a Scrip card, you can add Pets Lifeline. Families can have multiple cards assigned to one family bank account.

3. Present the card to the cashier at the beginning of each purchase transaction.

​

Each month, Pets Lifeline will receive a check from Nugget Market. The donations to Pets Lifeline are calculated on a graduated scale. For Example: If you spend $700/month, Pets Lifeline gets $14. Here’s how it works:

1% on monthly purchases up to $299.99 

2% on monthly purchases between $300 - $499.99 

3% on monthly purchases between $500 - $599.99 

4% on monthly purchases over $600
