Vaccination Clinics for Healthy Animals 

(for Qualifying Owners)

 

Pets Lifeline's Vaccination Clinics are designed for healthy animals who need vaccinations. Our clinics are completely donor and grant-funded and are staffed by licensed Veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Technicians, and Veterinary Assistants.
 

Appointments are required. Please submit an appointment request below to be placed on our waitlist. We will call you with the next available date for your pet.

Qualifications for Pets Lifeline's Pet Vaccination Clinic for Healthy Animals: 

  • You must be a resident of the Sonoma Valley, having one of these zip codes: 95416, 95433, 95442, 95452, or 95476. 
     

  • Your annual household income must not exceed the following:

    • 1 person: $40,750

    • 2 persons: $46,550

    • 3 persons: $52,350

    • 4 persons: $58,150

    • 5 persons: $62,850

    • 6 persons: $67,500

    • 7 persons: $72,150

    • 8 persons: $76,800

 

If you meet the qualifications listed above, please submit an Appointment Request form below. If you have multiple pets to be spayed/neutered, submit one form for each animal. 

Vaccinations Offered: â€‹

  • FVRCP vaccine (cats only) Recommended at 8 weeks: Begin a series of 3 core vaccinations separated by at least 2 weeks, but up to 4 weeks with the final of the series, ideally given between 16-20 weeks. The last dose is considered protective for a year, then vaccines after are considered protective for 3 years. 
     

  • DAPP vaccine (dogs only): Recommended at 8 weeks: Begin a series of 3 core vaccinations separated by at least 2 weeks, but up to 4 weeks with the final of the series, ideally given between 16-20 weeks. The last dose is considered protective for a year, then vaccines after are considered protective for 3 years.
     

  • Rabies: Must be at least 4 months. Protective for 1 year.
     

  • Bordetella (dogs only): Given every 6 months to 1 year. (6 months is necessary if frequent boarding/kenneling/shelter visits)

Note: If your animal is not microchipped, your animal will be microchipped at the clinic.

Veterinary Care Financial Assistance for Qualifying Pet Owners

​

Pets Lifeline's financial assistance program for qualifying pet owners in low-income households in Sonoma Valley for up to $200 toward veterinary care per year. Participants must reapply every year. The veterinarian must agree to invoice Pets Lifeline for the services.
