NOTICE: Starting January 1, 2022 Pets Lifeline will be required by law to microchip all stray animals, per State Bill 64 (Section 31108.3 and Section 31752.1) prior to release. Click here to read the full law. This is to increase chances of reunification of lost pets with owners, thereby reducing the number of animals in shelters and decreasing length of stay. Microchipping fees can be waived for those experiencing financial hardship.
