Start your morning with purrs and poses during this playful and heartwarming event at Pets Lifeline! Experience the calming flow of a guided yoga class—interrupted only by the sweet distraction of adoptable kittens and curious cats roaming the room.

Led by the wonderful Pets Lifeline supporter, Carol Allison, this class is designed to be lighthearted, friendly, and full of laughter (because it’s hard to hold a plank when there’s a kitten on your mat!).

Whether you’re a dedicated yogi, a cat enthusiast, or simply in it for the purrs, this feel-good event is the perfect blend of mindfulness and mission.
