Programs and Services

OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

Pets Lifeline offers several programs for pet owners in our community and beyond to utilize for their furry family members, from dog training classes to spay/neuter and microchipping, feral cat TNR, and resources to help with rehoming a pet, we are here to support pet owners in keeping their pets healthy and happy. 

We are also pleased to offer continued Humane Education programs that foster compassion and understanding for all living things.

HUMANE EDUCATION
Pets Lifeline hosts programs throughout the year to teach children about animals, foster respect for all living things, and learn about responsible pet ownership. This is done through classroom visits, field trips, Summer Camp, and grant programs.
SPAY & NEUTER

Pets Lifeline hosts monthly spay/neuter clinics for low income Sonoma Valley residents. Pets are also microchipped and vaccinated if needed during surgery.

DOG TRAINING CLASSES
Pets Lifeline offers basic dog training and puppy classes for our community. Current classes are Family Dog I, Family Dog II, and Puppy Class. Sessions are 6 weeks long - register online!
MICROCHIPPING
Pets Lifeline offers low cost microchipping for dog and cat owners. Request an appointment online! We take care of registration, just bring your pet.

FERAL CAT PROGRAM (TNR)
Pets Lifeline offers free feral/community cat spay/neuter (TNR) for Sonoma Valley residents. Cats are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and ear tipped before going back to where they were found.
REHOMING A PET
If you are considering rehoming a pet, explore resources to help keep your pet in your home (if possible), get assistance with rehoming their pet without having to bring it to a shelter, or forms for potentially surrendering your pet.
