Waiver and Consent I hereby waive, release, and discharge Pets Lifeline from all liability in case of accident or injury as a result of participation in Pet’s Lifeline’s Summer Camp Program. It is understood that there are risks associated with some recreational activities and the handling of animals; and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.
